Elle Fanning has revealed that in the upcoming film Predator: Badlands, her character forms an alliance with a young Predator. This marks a significant departure from previous installments in the franchise, where Predators and humans were typically adversaries.  
Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, Predator: Badlands is scheduled for theatrical release on November 7, 2025. The film is set in a futuristic wasteland, where Fanning’s character and the Predator collaborate to hunt a formidable creature believed to be unkillable.  
At CinemaCon 2025, attendees were treated to exclusive footage showcasing this unique partnership. The teaser depicted the Predator crash-landing on an alien planet and confronting various threats, including a massive kaiju-like beast. Fanning’s character is seen assisting the Predator in these encounters.  
This innovative narrative approach aims to expand the Predator universe by exploring new dynamics between human characters and Predators. Fans can look forward to this fresh take when Predator: Badlands hits theaters in late 2025.
