Aaron Carter’s 3-year-old son, Prince, made his red carpet debut with his mom, Melanie Martin, at a screening of the new documentary about how his early fame took a toll on their family.

The late singer’s ex was seen holding her little one in her arms as they posed for cameras in front of a stop-and-repeat at the viewing of “The Carters: Hurts To Love You” in Los Angeles Wednesday.

Prince looked like his dad’s mini-me with tousled blond hair and big brown eyes.

The toddler looked stylish in a black leather jacket, dark blue jeans and Batman sneakers.

Martin, 32, was chic in a gray long-sleeve turtleneck sweater dress with a slit up one leg. She accessorized with a silver watch, nude and clear heels and long drop earrings.

The model also wore a full face of glam and had her long hair styled in mermaid-esque waves.

Prince looked relaxed in front of shutterbugs as he clung to his mom’s shoulder.

Aaron’s twin sister, Angel Carter Conrad, was also in attendance and proudly posed for photos with her nephew in a black dress with sheer sleeves.

Several stars showed up to support Aaron’s family at the film event, including Tori Spelling, David Arquette, Tallulah Willis and Rebecca Gayheart.

On Nov. 5, 2022, Aaron was found dead in his bathtub at his home in Lancaster, Calif. He was 34.

An autopsy report determined that the “I Want Candy” singer died after drowning while under the effects of a flammable gas called difluoroethane and a generic brand of Xanax called alprazolam.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner determined that his death was an accident.

The former child star struggled with substance abuse issues as well as mental health problems.

His death came two months after the pop star voluntarily checked himself into an outpatient program with the hopes of regaining custody of Prince, who was just 9 months old at the time.

Martin had been given full temporary custody of their son due to domestic violence and drug use concerns, according to a court mandate.

Aaron’s former partner had accused him of fracturing three of her ribs during a domestic dispute, which he vehemently denied.

A memorial for Aaron Carter.

The “Aarons Party” singer and Martin, who started dating in 2020, had a tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship, breaking up and getting back together multiple times due to several fights.

Despite their rocky relationship, Martin was seen in tears following the news of Aaron’s passing.

“I knew he was struggling, and I tried everything to help him. He has a very independent and strong personality, and I couldn’t help him in the way I felt he needed it,” she said in a statement at the time.
