Juliana confirmed that she and Litia are not on speaking terms after The Bachelor Season 29 in an interview with Swooon on March 26. “I think coming through this journey, you really have to be true to yourself,” Juliana said. “We’re in a unique situation where I chose to go through this in my own way, and she went through it in her own way. I don’t know the differences, I’m not comparing by any means. I just think we both were naturally true to ourselves. I do have a lot of well wishes for her, and I want the best for her, and I know she deserves the world. We haven’t necessarily spoken, but I don’t think there’s any bad blood.”
While she and Litia aren’t in contact now, Juliana admitted that there’s a chance they could rekindle their friendship in the future. “Emotions are high so it’s nice to give somebody space to kind of die down from that,” she said.
While Juliana hasn’t watched The Bachelor Season 29 finale in full, she confirmed that she and Grant discussed what happened between him and Litia in detail before his season premiered. “[Grant and I] talked about everything before the show even started [airing],” she said. “Nothing ever came out of left field for me, from what I watched.”
She continued, “And then, as you start to kind of see things, we had some conversations afterwards, just in terms of reassurance and making sure he was okay and he was making sure I was okay. It’s hard all around.”
In an interview with Us Weekly after The Bachelor Season 29 finale, Juliana also responded to Litia telling Grant during their breakup at the Final Rose Ceremony that Juliana should “have a lot of questions” for Grant based on what he was telling Litia. “I think the only reaction I have is that we are two different individuals and we have to go through this process very uniquely and very true to who we are,” Juliana

Grant, for his part, also denied that he and Juliana didn’t have a serious relationship because he characterized her as “fun.” “I’m very serious. But everybody is different in a relationship,” he said. “Some people are more serious and they don’t like to go out. Some people like to have fun. I think that in a relationship, you can be serious and have the best of both worlds — that’s what I meant. Our relationship is a friendship. It’s fun in the fact that we can let loose and be ourselves.”
Juliana described their relationship as “easygoing.” “Just because I said that doesn’t mean that I’m not serious. I’ve got tattoos, I like to have fun, but I take love very seriously,” Grant continued. “I poured my heart out there and that showed, and if people can’t see that, then they’re never gonna see it.”
