In 2010, a Nigerian couple, Ben and Angela Ihegboro, welcomed a baby girl named Nmachi, who defied all expectations with her blonde hair and blue eyes. The couple, living in London, UK, was shocked by their child’s unusual appearance, which sparked a flurry of questions and theories.
Ben and Angela, who already had two children who resembled them, were stunned by Nmachi’s birth. “She’s a miracle baby,” Angela exclaimed. Ben added, “The first thing I said was, ‘What the flip?’ We both just sat there after the birth staring at her for ages — not saying anything.”
