Rachael Ray recently talked about her health after a video of her speaking unclearly became very popular last month.
In the first episode of her podcast “I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead,” the chef shared that she has been healing from some injuries caused by doing chores at home.
“I am a stay-at-home parent.” I enjoy doing household tasks. “I enjoy cooking,” Ray said during the podcast. “I use my mind every day for work and writing, but I enjoy doing household tasks.”
“I enjoy tasks that involve physical effort,” she added. “I enjoy cooking, organizing meals, and making lists.” I enjoy doing hard work, like helping to bring in the firewood.
She said that she often finds herself in competition with her husband, John. “How many wooden pieces did John carry?” Can I take more things? I don’t tell that to John. “I just tell myself,” she stated.
The 56-year-old woman said she had to stop doing physical work because she had fallen badly a few times in the past weeks.
She didn’t explain how the accident occurred or what injuries she might have had.
